The first time was so nice, we had to do it twice! OK, we stole that from Anthony Joshua, but great news, we made the Financial Times Leading Management Consultancy list for the second year in a row! Plus this year we made it into two additional categories, now featuring across the Public and Social Sector, Organisation and Change & People and Performance.
When we made the list in 2019, we didn’t know if it would make a difference or not. It did. It raised our profile, enabled us to attract some great new people and helped us to grow more quickly than before.
Making the list again this year matters to us. It’s given us some confidence the first time around was more than just luck. Our people and our approaches to helping organisations improve are far from conventional. But clearly, our clients and our peers value the work we do enough to tell others we’re making a difference.
We are sincerely grateful to everyone who took the time to vote for us this year and want to thank you. For the last 6 months our Agile Master in Public Services programme has been sold out months in advance. We’ve decided to hold a free programme this April for 18 of our public and charitable sector chums. For a chance of winning, click here and we’ll enter you into a lottery.
The draw has now been extended until Thursday 5th March and we’ll notify the 18 lucky people via email the following day. Full terms can be seen here on our website.
Ps – we’ve limited the draw to public sector and charitable organisations so make sure you use your work email so we can make sure we’re entering the correct folks in the draw. Sorry private sector clients – we do love you too.
